While the 2019 Players Championship was considerably moved up in the schedule from it's typical May date to March it did not catch Tourball off guard as the seasoned vet was well prepared to take on the unique challenge that is TPC Sawgrass. He took down the victory and hoisted the trophy to snag his first title of 2019. It's been just under 2 years since his last win on fantasy tour, his last one coming in a big way at the 2017 US Open (The Epic at Erin Hills many would call it). With this new bust to add to his trophy case he now has 4 career wins and adds a $20 payday to the roster. Congrats Tourball!
The spring segment is officially underway and it's going to be another scramble as teams jockey for position heading towards the season halfway mark. The Valspar Championship is up next and in just 4 weeks time the emerald of the season will be upon us.
